Since my lovely girlfriend got me tickets to the SOLD OUT Lupe Fiasco show for christmas we went to the 9:30 Club in Washington DC last night to see the show. It was great. A real fun group performed to open up for Lupe with a live band an an emcee named Optimus who spit some ridiculous fast hip-hop stuff mixed with some reggae as well. Real tight. Then Lupe came on and killed it for two hours straight with a full 5 piece band and back up singers and all! Sick!
Of course as soon as I bust out my camera…LOW BATTERY….so I stole these pics off the web from some dude who must have been right next to me because they are taken from where I was standing the whole time. Enjoy!

Yesterday we set up shop at the “Bridge Spot” underpass downtown in South East for a DGK demo and local skate event. Stevie Williams, Darren Harper, and the rest of the DGK skate team came through, signed autographs, skated the spot, and just hung out. We snapped some photos, sold some gear, slapped a lot of stickers, and had a good ol’ time. Check out the pics below! Much love to the DGK crew and for the Dream Team crew for letting us post up, it was a great turnout!
