Well, it’s finally here. Almost

I have wanted to revamp this site for a looong time now, but other projects and speed bumps continued to push the idea back further and further. I am truly very excited about some of the new features, sections, and updates that will come along with revamp of our site. Keep an eye out for the official launch very soon and make it sure to check back to take it for a test drive.

I am sure by the time is goes live and everything is running smooth, I will be ready to update it again.

Skatefest 2009, this Saturday!

Come kick it with Aplomb as we attend the Fairfax Surf Shop’s annual Skatefest event this weekend. The event takes place at Wakefield Skate Park, in Annandale, VA. The event should be awesome again this year with all proceeds going to help benefit the Children’s National Medical Center of Washington, DC. The event will consist of the Sk8 For A Cause ride and Various skate competition events in all age brackets. Over 6,000 in prizes and giveaways, don’t miss out!

1.20.09…Finally.

We’ve been waiting for this day for quite a bit. If you don’t believe us, take a peek at our Truth t-shirt design and notice the hidden date under the logo that reads “1.20.09″.

That was two years ago. Finally, the day is here for change and we plan to be right in the thick of things. There is plenty going on of course, but here are a couple things that we support and wanted to throw out there for those looking to mix it up this Inauguration weekend.

We will be hitting up the Arlington Skate Park again this Saturday for the 10 Stair Challenge with our friends over at Convoy, as well as some other local and national sponsors. Come check out our riders as they compete, as well as tons of marked down Aplomb products. $500 CASH prize for the winner!
