IS IT SAFE TO ENTER MY CARD NUMBER ONLINE?

You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our 128-bit secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. We do not keep any card information on file and do not actually receive your card number. All our transactions are securely handled through www.authorize.net

WHY DID MY CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FAIL?

The most common reason for a failed authorization is:
- Your Zip Code does not match your billing address or
- Your shipping address and mailing address are incorrect

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

For Domestic orders we offer a flat rate of $5. If your order total is $50 or more, shipping is FREE!
Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to process and 7-10 business days to receive your products after ordering.

HOW MUCH IS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

International shipping varies depending on the size and weight of the product. Canadian residents can take advantage of a separate shipping option that is less than the international shipping option.
International shipping times will vary greatly depending on the destination… please allow at least 3 weeks to receive your products if you are ordering from an international destination.

WHAT IF I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE?

Unworn and unwashed products can be exchanged free of charge! Please e-mail us if you want to exchange your order. If the size or product you are looking to swap is out of stock, we will exchange your purchase for merchandise that is of equal value, or refund payment.

HOW DO APLOMB SHIRTS FIT?

Both men’s and women’s tees are cut in a form-fitting style, tapered in all the right places to make you look your best. Product construction varies, but each design and product is tailored to suit the fabric and fit.
Some products may vary in size to others, so make sure to read the descriptions to find the best fit for you.
