We shot our spring ‘08 photo shoot yesterday and it went real well. The pics will be updated here on the site within the week and we are currently putting together our full color print ad for January issue of OnTap Magazine here in DC, so make sure to keep an eye out for the that when you are at happy hour next week. Much thanks again to our new pal Shervin for shooting some awesome photos and helping us out. Check out more of his work on his website, its saweeet!
In the meantime, here are some shots of the shoot from behind the scenes…

Huge props going out to our boy Rich Webb as he continues to crush the decks weekly at your favorite nightspots around the city. These pictures are from his set at 1223/Spank last Friday where he tore the house down as usual (in his green Aplomb tee no less)! Catch Rich infecting the crowd with more funk-laced progressive tracks than they can handle at Chloe on Friday nights. Much love RW!

The Cool officially dropped today for all those non-illegal downloaders who didn’t already find it on the web. I was surprised to hear it last night on Monday Night Football which was a nice little “push” (no pun intended) for Lupe’s release. The album is pretty solid all the way through with quite a few potential hits and another track featuring singer Matthew Santos entitled “Fighters” which has a really cool, dark feel to it. Definitely one of my favorites and right on par with their other two well done collabos “Superstar” and “American Terrorist.” Peep the site or myspace for more info. Good stuff.
Saw this video that Kickballers posted up on their blog from their party awhile back. DJ Quixotic is spinning on the decks and you can see my dumb head walk by in the background. Thought it was funny, peep the Green is Good t-shirt!
