If you don’t know who Saul Williams is and aren’t familiar with his work, I definitely recommend checking out his new album which you can download for free off his website…here.

Saul is a spoken word poet and emcee who has been around for quite awhile and worked with many underground hip hop artists such as Mos Def and Pharoah Monch…just to name a couple. His new work, cleverly titled after the famous David Bowie era, is produced by Trent Reznor and pretty much off the chain. Dig it.

A couple of the many questions that we get about our brand are “how do you say the name” and “what does it mean?”  So, in an attempt to clarify (although all 1.5 readers that see this probably already know this information) I will post the following:

a-plomb (’uh-pluhm’)

Self-confident assurance; poise.
